OIL UK NEATCUT BT-22 is a high performance low to medium viscosity neat cutting fluid, suitable for general purpose light, medium and heavy duty machining that is also suitable for tapping, reaming, threading and horizontal and vertical broaching. The product gives superior surface finish and tool-life.
NEATCUT BT-22 is suitable for the machining of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys, including modern aerospace type materials. This product contains a combination of high performance fatty, and non-active sulphurised and chlorinated additives to provide excellent lubricity and extreme pressure properties, making it non-staining and also suitable for yellow metals.
