Description:
Thermal Fluid Systems can also be flushed out by emptying the system of fluid completely and replacing with Oil UK Flushing Oil.
The system should then be operated for 100-150 hours before draining and filling with new oil.
Flushing Oil does not neutralise the acidic products of mineral oil oxidation. Therefore, draining after the specified period is essential. After the use of Oil UK Flushing Oil all filters should be thoroughly cleaned before the introduction of new oil.
