SOLCUT 4000 CF is a high quality, high lubricity, long life, soluble cutting fluid designed to give outstanding performance when machining a wide variety of materials including aerospace aluminium alloys.
SOLCUT 4000 CF provides superb cutting performance and surface finish, especially with multi-tool CNC machines. The formulation derives its performance characteristics from a synergistic blend of high lubricity performance enhancing additives which help to provide the user with a coolant capable of meeting the most demanding requirements in terms of superb surface finish, long coolant life and extended tool life.
SOLCUT 4000 CF produces a highly stable semi-translucent milky emulsion which provides a very clean working environment. The unique formulation also tolerates hard waters whilst being very low foaming in soft waters. The product also provides excellent corrosion protection and is non-staining to sensitive aluminium alloys.
SOLCUT 4000 CF has been proven to have outstanding tool life performance when used in the machining of titanium as well as demonstrating superb properties when used in the machining of high tensile steels.
