OIL UK HYLOAD HLP is a range of premium hydraulic fluids manufactured from highly refined base stocks which possess good oxidation resistance and thermal stability. They are fortified with carefully selected additives to further improve performance characteristics, including anti-corrosion to protect the system should water be present, anti-wear to reduce wear in pumps used in hydraulic systems, anti-oxidants and anti-foam. Hyload HLP hydraulic oils are suitable for a wide variety of applications including industrial hydraulic systems, commercial, agricultural and plant equipment, mobile units such as jacks, lightly loaded gears and many others.

High Performance High Viscosity Index Multigrade Hydraulic Oils

OIL UK HYLOAD HVLP is a range of high viscosity index hydraulic fluid with multigrade characteristics. These products are manufactured from highly refined base oils which have good oxidation resistance lowering the possibility of gums and lacquers and carefully selected additives and special viscosity index improvers, which offer superior viscosity/temperature characteristics. Hyload HVLP grades are particularly beneficial where continual high operating temperatures or extremes of ambient temperatures are encountered.

High Quality Biodegradable Hydraulic Oils

Environmental concerns have led to a growth in ecologically sensitive, biodegradable lubricants. OIL UK BIO Hydraulic Oils are the result of several year’s extensive field testing on the railway network and they are particularly suitable for use where accidental spillages would otherwise have a serious environmental impact. These grades are free from zinc and other heavy metal additives. HYLOAD BIO grades have a low pour point to ensure adequate flow on even the coldest winter mornings.

HYLOAD BIO SE 46 is a synthetic ester based, biodegradable hydraulic fluid which offers many advantages over vegetable oil based biodegradable hydraulic fluids. It is far more resistant to oxidation which in turn means a greatly reduced risk of gumming and varnish deposits. As a result, HYLOAD BIO SE 46 provides a service life many times longer than that of conventional biodegradable fluids. Hyload BIO SE 46 also possesses improved low temperature fluidity and contains high quality ash-less performance additives which will provide superior anti-wear protection, corrosion inhibition and low foaming properties.

OIL UK HYLOAD ZF is a range of premium quality zinc free (ash free) high performance hydraulic oils for use in systems containing silver plated components or where enhanced water tolerance and improved filterability is required. They are manufactured from highly refined base oils which have good oxidation resistance lowering the possibility of gums and lacquers. Hyload ZF grades are blended using the latest in additive technology which reduces the possibility of deposit formation and ensures rapid water separation. They are recommended for a variety of spindle and hydraulic applications as well as rotary, vane, axial piston and gear pumps and bearings in many types of circulating systems. They are also ideal for machine tool applications where contact with the metalworking fluid can occur.

OIL UK HYLOAD FR-HFC
OIL UK HYLOAD FR-HFC is a premium performance, water containing, synthetic hydraulic fluid, which conforms to the requirements of ISO12922 for type HFC fluids. This fluid greatly reduces risks where hydraulic equipment operates near flames, hot surfaces or molten metals and is particularly suited to systems that require a balanced combination of fire resistance and good lubrication. HYLOAD FR-HFC has an exceptional combination of anti-corrosion additives including vapour phase corrosion inhibitors to protect reservoirs and part-filled systems. Typical applications include steel and aluminium production, pressure die-casting, glassmaking, polymer forming and many other high fire risk industries. HYLOAD FR-HFC operates successfully in a wide variety of hydraulic equipment and is suitable for medium to high pressure hydraulic applications.

HYLOAD FR-E46 is an ISO 46 synthetic ester type fire resistant hydraulic fluid designed to replace anti-wear, mineral oil based hydraulic oils used in fire hazardous and environmentally sensitive hydraulic applications without compromising overall hydraulic system operation. HYLOAD FR-E46 is based on a high purity, synthetic ester and fortified with carefully selected additives to achieve excellent hydraulic fluid performance. It does not contain water, mineral oil or phosphate ester. HYLOAD FR-E46 is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications where there is a fire risk, where there is environmental sensitivity and/or where extremes of ambient temperatures prevail.
