OIL-UK SOL-GRIND TC is an ultra-modern synthetic water-mix grinding fluid which minimises the uptake of cobalt alloys. This product provides excellent performance on tungsten carbide and high cobalt alloys, and displays exceptional resistance to cobalt leaching. It is also suitable for most ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
OIL-UK SOL-GRIND TC provides enhanced operator safety, prevents hazardous cobalt leaching, and is free from controversial components such as secondary amines, chlorine EP, Sulphur EP, Triazine biocides, sodium nitrite, silicone oil defoamers, phenolic couplers, nonyl phenol and NP ethoxylates, colouring dyes. This product exhibits excellent levels of anti-corrosion protection and cleanliness whilst demonstrating good swarf settlement.
OIL-UK SOL-GRIND TC produces a clear water-white emulsion to provide excellent work-piece visibility. The excellent anti-corrosion properties of this product give protection to machine tool surfaces and finished components. Minimal sticky deposits and residues can be expected from this high quality synthetic formulation.
