OIL UK NEATCUT GD-10 is a high performance, low viscosity deep-hole drilling fluid manufactured from low aromatic solvent refined mineral oil blended with high levels of extreme pressure additive systems. The product gives superior surface finish and tool-life on ferrous metals. It is not suitable for yellow metals due to the presence of sulphurised additives. NEATCUT GD-10 is suitable for a wide range of multi material applications, including deep hole drilling, thread Rolling, form grinding, honing and general machining as well as blanking and stamping operations where a low viscosity, high EP product is required.
