OIL-UK THERMALTRANS FG & THERMALTRANS FGS represents cutting edge heat transfer oil technology, combining super refined high purity with a ultra-high flash points.
These new generation thermal fluids provide outstanding protection from thermal and oxidative breakdown, and are free from the impurities that hinder the performance of other thermal fluids. This provides a unique combination of superior high temperature performance with Food Grade credential, making these oils suitable for high temperature applications in industrial, pharmaceutical and food processing thermal fluid systems.
THERMALTRANS FG and THERMALTRANS FGS are fully approved by the National Sanitary Foundation (NSF) as HT1, suitable for incidental food contact. They are also FDA Title 21 CFR 178.3570 and 178.3620 “Lubricants with incidental food contact” compliant.
Use of these products enhances workplace safety, provides extra compliance with insurer requirements, whilst further enabling Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles in relation to potential contamination hot spots.
